Buying a home is a huge step, and I'm so glad we had Robert Howell to guide us through the process. To tell you the truth, I was at my wit's end. When my dear husband passed away back in 2022, my whole world just seemed to stop. Then, on top of the grief, the letters started coming. It turned out he'd left behind a mountain of debt that I never even knew existed. Here I am, in my 80s and living on a fixed income, and I was just drowning. I couldn't sleep, I was worried sick. The bills were stacking up so high, I didn't know what to do. I happened to meet a man named Robert Howell. We just got to talking, and he was so kind and gave me some sensible ideas. He left his business card, and I tucked it away. Well, about a week later, the worst thing happened—I got a foreclosure notice on my door. My heart just sank. I thought, 'This is it, I'm going to lose my home.' I remembered that card and called Mr. Howell right away. I was shaking, but he was so calm. He came right over with his team, and they were just wonderful, knowledgeable people. They took charge of everything. They managed to sell my home, found me a safe new place to live, and helped me pay off most of that awful debt. I just can't find the words to thank Robert and his team. They were a blessing sent right from heaven. So sweet and thoughtful through the whole terrible ordeal.
